四、主讲教师简介:
Tavernier Filip: 博士、鲁汶大学副教授,是ESATA-MICAS研究小组在高速有线和光接口电路、高性能数据转换器、集成电源转换器和抗辐射电路方向的负责人,欧洲固态电路会议TPC成员,也是该领域顶级期刊的定期审稿人,出版了1本专著并发表了多篇期刊和会议论文。其团队获得了2015 IEEE Prime Golden Leaf奖。在加入MICAS之前,他一直在CERN工作,参与了大型对撞机(LHC)实验的微电子升级计划,与该小组合作开发用于未来升级计划的抗辐射电路,特别是用于CMS实验,并使鲁汶大学成为CMS合作的准成员。
吴旭:博士、IEEE会员 。2001年被选派赴比利时鲁汶大学留学,2004和2005年分别获学士和硕士学位。2005年进入比利时鲁汶大学电子系攻读博士学位。预博期间师从集成电路设计专业泰斗Willy Sansen教授,博士期间师从国际固态电路领域50及60年十大杰出贡献者,M. Steyaert教授。在集成电路、传感器领域著名国际期刊及会议上发表多篇论文,包含IEEE 固态电路期刊(IEEE JSSC)、亚洲固态电路会议、ELECTRONIC LETTERS 等。2011-2017年间,在全球知名图像传感器设计公司CMOSIS 担任项目负责人。个人独立设计完成多个芯片设计项目,其中包括牙医用3D成像高速传感器芯片,速度达到每秒千帧。作为项目技术主管,成功带领团队设计并研发出多款自定制高速CMOS图像传感器。参与设计完成了莱卡相机的多款核心芯片,包括莱卡的大面阵图像传感器芯片等。

In this course, the implementation details of the most relevant analog and mixed-signal building blocks are treated. Including OPAMPs, switched-cap filters, distortion, data converters, ADC and DACs, etc.
