一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)(300字以内)
信息系统是推动人类社会发展的重要引擎。当前,涉及采集、传输、存储、处理与运用的信息系统技术已进入超速发展期,创新发展,日新月异。课程将围绕信息系统发展史、发展现状与发展趋势,讲述信息系统发展思考、信息系统技术与信息系统技术形态等内容。希望通过教学与研讨,让学生了解掌握信息系统与信息技术,启发学生的思考。

第一章:信息系统基础理论
介绍信息系统作为重要引擎,在游牧文明、农耕文明、工业文明到信息时代的人类发展历程中的重要作用,阐述信息、信息系统、信息系统技术、信息系统技术形态的内在联系与区别,介绍本体信息论和认知信息论的基本概念,给出“系统”的三层结构论定义。
第二章:狭义信息系统技术
介绍信息系统中的信息采集、传输、存储、处理与运用的典型技术。
第三章:广义信息系统技术
介绍机器思维和思维机器的概念和内涵,阐述思维科学在广义信息系统技术中的重要意义。
第四章:信息系统技术形态
分别介绍信息系统技术的两种典型形态:综合电子信息系统和综合量子信息系统。

四、主讲教师简介:
陆军,男,1964年11月生,中国电子科技集团有限公司首席科学家,研究员,中国工程院院士。1985年获得东南大学学士学位,1988年获得中国科学技术大学硕士学位。长期从事雷达和综合电子信息系统技术研究和型号研制工作。先后担任我国首型国产预警机,首型出口预警机等多个型号总设计师,推动了我国预警机装备零的突破和跨越式发展。获全国五一劳动奖章,国家科技进步特等奖等。发表学术论文《战争形态演进及信息系统发展趋势》、《空中平台信息系统技术架构研究》和《量子信息系统发展探讨》等20余篇。主要著作有《预警机系统导论》和《装备寿命周期使用保障的理论模型和设计技术》等。
张在琛,男,1975年1月生,教授,博士生导师,信息科学与工程学院执行院长,中国电子学会会士,中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部理事,IEEE高级会员,IET Communications Senior Editor。任2018-2022年教育部高等学校电子信息类专业教学指导委员会委员。1996年和1999年在东南大学无线电工程系分别获得学士和硕士学位,2002年在香港大学电机电子工程学系获博士学位。2002年11月至2004年9月,在 从事博士后研究,2004年起,历任副研究员、硕士生导师、研究员、教授和博士生导师。在IEEE Trans.等上发表论文200余篇,获发明专利授权40余项,其中美国专利3项;牵头承担主要科研项目20余项;另作为骨干成员,参加国家、部省级和国际合作项目10余项。获2019年度教育部技术发明一等奖、2018年国家级教学成果二等奖、中国物理学会2016年度最有影响论文奖一等奖等。目前主要研究方向为第6代移动信息系统、光移动通信技术和量子信息技术。
单博楠,女,1989年6月生,博士,中国电子科学研究院高级工程师。2012年在天津大学自动化专业和计算机科学与技术专业获得双学士学位,2017年获得天津大学控制科学与工程博士学位。主要从事人工智能与计算神经科学研究。

Course Introduction (including teaching goals and requirements) within 300 words:
Information system is an important engine to promote the development of human society. At present, the information system technology involved in collection, transmission, storage, processing and application has entered into the overspeed development period, innovation and development, with each passing day. The course will focus on the development history, development status and development trend of information systems, and will focus on information system development thinking, information system technology and information system technology form. It is hoped that through the teaching and the discussion, lets the student understand grasps the information system and the information technology, inspires the student to think.

Chapter one: Basic theory of information system
Information system is introduced in this paper as important engine in the nomadic civilization, agricultural civilization and industrial civilization to the important role in human development of the information age, information technology, information system, information system, internal connection and difference in the form of information system technology, introduce the basic concepts of information theory and cognitive information theory of ontology, theory of three layers structure definition of "system".
Chapter two: narrow sense information system technology
The typical techniques of information collection, transmission, storage, processing and application in information system are introduced.
Chapter three: general information system technology
This paper introduces the concept and connotation of machine thinking and thinking machine, and expounds the significance of thinking science in generalized information system technology.
Chapter four: the form of information system technology
This chapter introduces two typical forms of information system technology: integrated electronic information system and integrated quantum information system.

Brief Introduction of Chief lecturer:
Lu Jun, male, born in November 1964, chief scientist and researcher of China electronic technology group co., LTD., academician of Chinese academy of engineering. He received his bachelor's degree from southeast university in 1985 and his master's degree from university of science and technology of China in 1988. Engaged in radar and integrated electronic information system technology research and model development for a long time. Successively served as the chief designer of China's first domestic early warning aircraft, the first export early warning aircraft and other models, promoting the breakthrough and leapfrogging development of China's early warning aircraft equipment zero. He won the national May 1 labor medal, the national science and technology progress prize and so on. He has published more than 20 academic papers, such as "evolution of war form and development trend of information system", "research on technical architecture of aerial platform information system" and "discussion on development of quantum information system". His major works include introduction to early warning system and theoretical model and design technology of equipment life cycle service guarantee.
Zaichen Zhang (M’02-S’15) was born in Nanjing, China in 1975. He received BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Information Engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 1996 and 1999, respectively, and PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Mobile Communications Research Lab., Southeast University, China. He joined School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, China in 2004 and is currently a Professor there. He has published over 200 papers and issued 40 patents. His current research interests include 6G mobile systems, optical wireless communication technologies, and quantum information transmission.
Shan Bonan, female, born in June 1989, senior engineer of China academy of electronics and information technology. Received bachelor's degree in automation and computer science in Tianjin University in 2012, received doctor's degree in control science and engineering in Tianjin university. Mainly engaged in the artificial intelligence and computational neuroscience research.
